1. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR. This Bowmar Bonuses is sponsored and administered by Bowmar Nutrition LLC, 2310 SE Delaware Ave, STE G #294 Ankeny, IA 50021 (“Bowmar Nutrition”). The Bowmar Bonuses are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and/or Instagram.
2. ELIGIBILITY. To participate in the Bonuses, you must be at least 18 years of age or older and must be a legal resident of the United States of America or Canada* (exclusions apply). Officers, directors, and employees of Bowmar Nutrition and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Bonuses are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. BONUSES PERIOD. The Bowmar Bonuses period shall begin on March 1st, 2024 at 12:00 AM EST and will close on March 31st, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS OF WINNING. On or around April 8th, 2024, seven (7) winners will be selected from all eligible submissions received during the Bowmar Bonuses Period.
5. PRIZE: Three (3) winners will receive a Theragun of your choice. Three (3) winners will receive an Oura Ring. Three (3) winners will receive a Ninja Creami. One customer per day will have their order refunded. Customers will be notified the following business day from the date their order was placed. Winners will be announced on our Instagram Stories.
6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. The following general conditions apply to the Prize: 

• Prize is awarded “as-is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose);
• Each Prize winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Prize he or she receives, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used; and
• Lost, destroyed, or stolen Prizes will not be replaced.

7. PRIVACY. All personally identifiable information submitted in connection with the Bowmar Bonuses will be governed by Bowmar Nutrition's privacy policy, which can be reviewed here: https://bowmarnutrition.com/policies/privacy-policy
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION. All disputes regarding the Bowmar Bonuses that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before the appropriate state or federal court located in Los Angeles, California. California law will govern any dispute regarding the Bowmar Bonuses. In any such dispute, under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, special, indirect, lost profits, consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, and you further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased
9. MISCELLANEOUS. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Bowmar Nutrition’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Bonus-related materials, Bowmar Nutrition’s Privacy Policy, and/or the terms and conditions of these Rules, the Rules will control.
