Back Workout Plan

This program is designed to develop and strengthen your back like never before.

There are 8 workouts listed. This is a 1 month program that can be repeated! All should be completed in 45 minutes or less.

I recommend doing 2 workouts a week (yon can choose to follow the workouts in order or you can move them around!). Allowing 2 days of full rest in between each arm workout day is also recommended.
