What are the Age Recommendations for the Different Drops?
Magnesium Citrate is safe for kids 1 year and older.
Multivitamin is safe for kids 3 years and younger.
Vitamin D is safe for kids 1 year and older.
Are They Flavored?
The Multivitamin is mixed berry flavored, but the Vitamin D and Magnesium Drops do NOT have any added flavor. They have a taste, therefore, we recommend mixing them with food or liquids!
Can All Three Be Mixed?
Yes, they can be combined and taken together.
How Do You Take These?
They can be dropped directly into the mouth or mixed in food or liquid. We’d suggest the latter as their lips/mouth should not come into contact with the dropper itself.

Why are the Vitamin D Drops for Ages 1 Year and Older?
There’s enough Vitamin D in formula or breast milk, which is why our Vitamin D Drops are for ages 1 year and up.
Why is the Multivitamin for Ages 0-3?
The Multivitamin is for ages 0-3 because it was formulated for babies and dosed based on their needs.
Will You Be Adding a Multivitamin for Kids 3+?
We do offer a multivitamin for kids 3+. It’s our SkySleep Multi.

When Should the Magnesium Citrate be Taken?
Magnesium Citrate can be consumed any time of the day.
Will the Magnesium Citrate Affect Regularity?
Everyone reacts differently to products, formulas, and ingredients – Magnesium being no different. Some may experience more frequent bowel movements, but it isn’t a bag thing.
Should I Use the Magnesium Citrate Drops, SkySleep Magnesium Lotion, or Both?
BN Kids Magnesium Drops and SkySleep Magnesium Lotion are the same concept, just a different vessel to absorb it. Some kids don’t like drops, and some can react to lotion. It comes down to what works best for your little one(s).
Can My Newborn Have the Vitamin D Drops?
It’s not necessary as there’s enough Vitamin D in formula or breast milk. This is why our Vitamin D Drops are for ages 1 year and up.
How is the BN Kids Multivitamin Different From the SkySleep Multi?
Our BN Kids Multivitamin is formulated for babies (0-3 years of age) and dosed based on their needs; whereas, the SkySleep Multi is safe for ages 1+. The SkySleep Multi is also created with organic herbs and naturally occurring vitamins.
What Makes The Multivitamin Safe for babies?

Can the Dropper Touch Mouth/Lips Upon Administration?
We suggest not letting their mouth/lips come into contact with the dropper due to bacteria and risking contamination.
Are They Beneficial for Adults?
Adults can take our BN Kids drops if they'd like, but we didn't dose them for adults.
